Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your OVERWAVE order. If you're not, no stress — we’ve got you.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags must still be attached.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

To initiate a return, please contact us at overwave.brand@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake.

📦 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.
